Q: Do I have to be a member of a participating organization to take courses on Foundation?

A: No. Anyone can sign up for classes on the Foundation platform. However, if you are a member
      of a participating organization, you will receive discounted rates for the classes.  If you are unsure
      whether or not your company is a member, reach out to us and we'll provide you with the resources
      you need to find out!

Q: Will I receive a certificate after completing my class?

A: Yes! You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each module you complete and
      for which you receive a passing grade.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a technical issue while using the system?

A: Our platform is run by a company called Digital Chalk and their tech support hotline is:

Q: As an employer, can I monitor my employees' progress on the courses they take?

A: Yes! Foundation has an option called Gradebook that is available for a nominal annual fee. You will
      assign a facilitator (whether it's yourself or another manager) and we will assign your company a
      special code students will use when signing up/purchasing classes. Your facilitator then has
      access to all the courses your employees take and can monitor progress/completions, etc.
